CRYSTAL QUARTZ DISCLOSURE

All crystal quartz are natural stones & will vary in size & shape. Many pangea by k pieces are made with quartz & may not always look exactly as shown in the photo with each product. If you have a special request involving any quartz, please email [email protected] & I can see if I can accommodate your request.

BECAUSE RINGS ARE MADE TO SPECIFIC SIZES, I DO NOT KEEP STOCK & ALL CUBE RINGS ARE CUSTOM MADE AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of order date (or possibly sooner) via USPS. Time to fulfill an order will depend on piece of jewelry & quantity ordered.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

There will be no refunds or exchanges issued, however, in the event of your jewelry malfunctioning, repair services are available. Please see below REPAIRS section for further details.

REPAIRS

If for any reason your jewelry malfunctions within 30 days of your purchase, I will gladly repair it free of charge. 

Please contact me & explain your piece & damages. We will then discuss your repair plan & timeline. 

If your jewelry has mal-functioned after 30 days, repairs can still be made for a small fee. Please contact me to further discuss your repair plan.
